When you contact us or submit a request form, we may provide an estimated arrival window and a price estimate based on the information you provide. Estimates are not final quotes and may change if the vehicle condition, location, or required work differs from what was described.

4. Payment

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We may accept cash, card, or other payment methods as communicated at the time of booking. Any unpaid balances may be subject to collection efforts and additional fees as permitted by law.

5. No guarantee of outcome

We use professional tools and procedures, but we cannot guarantee that every issue can be resolved on‑site or that a particular repair or programming attempt will succeed. Some issues may require additional parts, dealer involvement, or further diagnostics beyond the scope of a mobile visit.

6. Customer responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about the vehicle, location, and symptoms.
• Ensure safe access to the vehicle and surrounding area.
• Confirm that you are authorized to request service on the vehicle.
• Remove valuables and personal items from the vehicle before work begins.

7. Communications and SMS consent

By calling, texting, or submitting a form on our website, you consent to receive communications from us, including calls, text messages, and emails related to scheduling, service updates, technician arrival, follow‑ups, and customer support.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service.

We do not share, sell, or transfer SMS opt‑in consent to any third parties. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.
